Our main practice is based in Heworth, York. We offer in-person sessions at our rooms on East Parade, as well as online therapy for those who prefer to work from home.
We support clients travelling from Ripon and the surrounding villages, with sessions available in person in York or online via Zoom at a time that suits you.
For clients based in Harrogate, online counselling offers a flexible, accessible option without the need to travel, delivered by the same qualified therapists.
We work with clients from Thirsk and across the Vale of York, offering both remote (online) and in-person therapy depending on your preference and availability.
