Integrative Counsellor

Jo Harry

Do you often feel lost, overwhelmed or stuck by life’s limitations or past experiences? These challenging feelings can deeply impact your work, relationships and overall happiness often leading to a lack of fulfilment, sadness or shame.

If you’re ready to gain a deeper awareness and acceptance of who you are and where you’re headed, Jo offers a supportive space to begin that journey.

Find Your Way Forward with Jo Harry

Meet Jo Harry, a qualified therapist and yoga teacher working with young people (16+) and adults. She offers a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore the difficulties that are unique to you and your story.

Jo’s approach is collaborative and non-directive. As an integrative therapist she works using different approaches according to your needs. Jo will work alongside you and at your own pace to explore and overcome the barriers that are preventing you from enjoying life and feeling fulfilled.

Counselling and psychotherapy can help you understand your emotional needs, leading to a greater sense of self-acceptance and clarity about your unique place in the world.

Specialist Areas of Support

As a trauma informed yoga teacher, Jo can combine 1-1 yoga with therapy to provide a holistic approach to mental and physical health, creating a deeper understanding between mind and body. It can be helpful to use yoga when talking alone does not fully address physical symptoms or trauma held in the body. Yoga is an additional option to your therapy should this be something you would like to explore.

Jo also has experience of working with people suffering with addiction, anxiety, loss, identity, shame, stress and trauma and post-traumatic stress.

Jo works with people aged 16 and over.

Availability: Jo Harry works on Mondays (online) and Fridays (in-person)
