A Personalised Plan

Individual Counselling and Psychotherapy

We use a variety of proven methods to make sure the support we give fits your specific situation. This way of working looks at how your thoughts, feelings and relationships all affect each other in your daily life.

We have a deep respect for everything you have been through and we truly believe in your ability to grow. By looking at the whole picture, we help you understand yourself better and find the best way to move forward in a way that works for you.

Personalised Counselling Tailored to You

Counselling is never the same for everyone. We adapt every session to focus on exactly what is bothering you, whether that is the way you think, things that happened in the past, or struggles in your relationships. This all-round approach means we look at you as a whole person, giving you the right mix of support to help you make real, lasting changes.

We make sure that every step we take together is the right fit for your life and your unique goals.
